Amazing stay with great staff

We had a really nice time here! Our two-bedroom suite was super spacious and had a fantastic kitchen. The manager even invited us to a flag-raising event, so cool! We also enjoyed wine tasting with other guests. One small thing, though-parking can be a bit tricky during peak times.

The bed was large, and the room itself was large.

It has fast, polite staff.

The pools are great for kids. The kitchen was cramped and outdated.

The accommodation had a central location in the designated area we were told was a smoking area. We stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with large bathroom, cupboards, even a washer.

Location, activities (mini golf, activity center for the kids and New Years eve party) and friendly staff.

I recently enjoyed my stay with friends at a clean, well-maintained hotel where we had easy access to wonderful attractions like Disney World, less than 6 km away, and the Crossroads of Lake Buena Vista, just a short 1 km stroll from our hotel. Plus, the large and inviting pools were perfect for unwinding after a day of walking around.

It has both respectful and attentive staff.

It was recently renovated, generous sized and on the ground level. I had a nice balcony, a living room and a writing desk👍👍

Didn't like the area, it was very uncomfortable.

The front desk staff, particularly Jesus, was a standout. His assistance with an early check-in eased my long journey. The amenities were generally well-maintained. I appreciated the heated swimming pool. It offered a nice way to unwind after a long day.

The room felt a bit dated and could use some improvements in decor.

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available in cupboards. It had a refrigerator, an oven and kitchenware.

Loved the mini golf and evening entertainment. The pools were great! Enjoyed ice cream at the pool for just a dollar, such a fun treat.

The hotel was a very good value for what you got. We didn't have the chance to use many of your amenities but they looked wonderful. The room was very clean.

It was difficult to find our way around the resort. We didn't appreciate the sales pitch for time-share upon our arrival. The front desk clerk was unable to upgrade our room, saying we would need to do this through Booked.net. This was not convenient as we didn't have access to the internet. As a result we were unable to upgrade on-site.

15 mins to disney parks, 17-18 mins to universal! So super stock. Mega beautiful pool area with a super warm spa after a long day in the park really does super good.
